What a fantastic team effort this has been. Our children recently harvested vegetables that had been grown right here in our school garden, before spending the day turning them into delicious chutney. They chopped, cooked, stirred and even packed the finished jars themselves.
Huge credit goes to our Gardening Club whose hard work throughout the summer — planting, watering, weeding and caring for the vegetables — made it all possible.
A huge thank you to Cheryl, who once again generously shared her expertise and helped the children bring the whole project together.
From planting seeds to proudly holding a jar of chutney — a wonderful example of what can be achieved when everyone plays their part.
